Todd Dunlap is Vice President and Managing Director Americas, responsible for all facets of growing and running the US, Canadian and LATAM markets for Booking.com, including business development, sales, customer service and all support functions.
Todd came to Booking.com in 2012 from Microsoft Corporation, where he had served for over 13 years. In his role as Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer of the corporation’s Advertising and Online Division, he led overall sales and marketing strategy, planning and operations for Microsoft’s $3Bn search (Bing) and display (MSN, Windows Live, Xbox Live, etc.) advertising business. Prior to this, he was Group Manager, Internet Business Unit in charge of the company’s Internet strategy. Before joining Microsoft, he led the Internet Business Group at WRQ (now Attachmate), a software company based in Seattle. He also spent a number of years in high-tech and financial services roles at Spacelabs Medical, Safeco Insurance and the United States Air Force.
Todd has a Bachelor of Science degree in aeronautic engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University as well as a degree in Business Management from Park University. He also completed graduate programmes in Business and International Management from Stanford University and The Thunderbird School of Global Management. Todd also serves on the Executive Leadership Council at US charity, Hopelink, and is on the Board of Directors at IT service consultancy NPower.
