Bob Ahearn, Vice President and Managing Director of the Americas, is responsible for all facets of commercial operations in the US, Canadian and LATAM markets for Booking.com, including strategic partnerships, business development, and all regional support functions.
Since joining Booking.com in 2015, Bob has led Customer Service in the Americas, creating differentiated experiences for millions of customers and partners globally. Overseeing thousands of highly trained customer experience agents and integrated technology across the region, Bob is known for continually enhancing service delivery and optimizing business results at scale through highly engaged teams.
Prior to joining Booking.com, Bob spent nearly two decades at Microsoft in senior global roles, including field operations, digital advertising, enterprise sales and partner development. He also had the privilege of leading the Microsoft Philanthropies and company investments in developing under-served communities around the world.
Bob is a graduate of Central Washington University, and resides in Bellevue, Washington with his wife and four children.
